Set Up:
There are 18 players set up on a large split field, with a two-sided goal set in the center. The teams play 4v4 in each half, and can score on either side of the goal. All of the players must stay in their half during play. Goals can be scored immediately off of turnovers and rebounds, regardless of where they occur. When goalkeepers win the ball, they toss it back out to either team. On goals and balls put out of play, the game is restarted by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Attackers should expand the field and use the entire space on both sides of the field.
2. When one side closes down, switch the ball over to the other side of the field.
3. Be the first to anticipate the switch from attack to defense and vice versa.
Progressions:
1. Play 6v6v6. Each team has three players on each side of the field.
