Traffic Jam!
In two groups of eight, players dribble from the outside of the circle towards the cones in the center. Players turn at the cones, and the second group starts with their turn, trying to avoid contact as they dribble in and turn. Coach determines rest time.

1v1, With Help
Teams play 1v1 with three players on the outside. The players in the 1v1 try to win the ball and keep possession, using their teammates on the outside to relieve pressure. Outisde players get one touch. Players switch out every 30-60 seconds.

Collect the ball with the outside foot.

Take your first touch away from pressure.

Sprint away from the ball and then check back.
2v2, Three Zones
Teams play 2v2 in the central zone with two neutrals stationed on each end line. Players can use the whole field, but to score the teams must pass to a neutral from the central zone before shooting. GKs restart play in the central zone.

Get sideways on to the defender.

Use your arm and upper body as you shield.

Shield the ball during takeovers.
8v8 Plus Two Game
On a full field, the teams play 8v8 plus two. After the attacking team scores, they keep possession and attack in the other direction. When a goal is scored or the ball is put out of play, the GKs re-start play with a pass to the attacking team.

Force the play into a sideline or into defensive help.

Cover the most dangerous players first.

Step up when the attackers play the ball backwards.
5v5, Quick Games
Teams play 5v5 games to two goals with a five minute time limit. Free play, no stops for coaching. Play is re-started by the GKs. In the event of a tie, the coach can decide to let the defending champs stay on or go off or determine the winner with a crossbar challenge.
